Hooked on Life Charters LLC Company Policy

Welcome to Hooked on Life Charters LLC. We are committed to providing memorable and safe experiences through our boat charters, fishing charters, private events, and branded merchandise. The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience for all customers and team members. By booking a charter or purchasing merchandise, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• Advance Payment: All boating and fishing charters must be paid in full before the date of the scheduled trip.

• Payment Deadline: Full payment is due at least 24 hours before your charter departure.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the charter will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, including no-shows, will forfeit 50% of the total payment as a non-refundable fee.

• Weather Exceptions: If a charter is canceled due to weather or safety concerns by the captain, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Safety Policy

• No Lifeguard on Duty: Please be advised that there is no lifeguard on duty during any charter. For your safety, life vests are available on board.

• Life Vest Use: Guests are encouraged to wear a life vest at any time during the charter. It is the guest’s responsibility to request one if desired.

• First Aid: The vessel is equipped with a basic first aid kit for minor medical needs.

• Drinking & Conduct:

  • Please drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication may lead to removal from the charter with no refund issued.

  • Fighting, verbal abuse, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the charter, no refund, and no future bookings will be accepted.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Hooked on Life Charters LLC is not liable for:

• Any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur during the charter

• Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Any damages resulting from guest negligence, intoxication, or failure to follow crew instructions

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are expected to behave in a manner that ensures their safety and the safety of others.

4. Merchandise Policy

We offer a range of branded merchandise, including rashguards, hats, cups, swimwear, and more.

• All swimwear and clothing sales are final. Due to hygiene and health concerns, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Non-clothing items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original condition, with a valid receipt.

• Hooked on Life Charters LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Event & Charter Customization

For private events, customized trips, or special accommodations, please contact us directly. While we strive to meet your requests, all arrangements are subject to availability, safety guidelines, and crew discretion.

6. Agreement to Terms

By booking with Hooked on Life Charters LLC or purchasing any products, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all policies listed above. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, fairness, and satisfaction of all parties.
